Hi All! My name is Todd and my goal is to help people 40 and over to move and feel better.
Wellness has become something that seems to be largely done TO us, instead of coming FROM us. We can make small choices that have a big impact on our health now and in the future. I’ve seen the differences these choices can make in practice as a Doctor of Chiropractic and teaching college Health and Exercise Science courses.
The key to making sustainable, useful changes to your health is to start small - but most importantly start!
